Thorough Test Drive & Quality Control Process

At Terry Sayther Automotive, we take quality assurance seriously. For every suspension, brake, cooling system repair, or replacement of a transmission, transfer case, differential, or engine, we conduct a 10-mile test drive to ensure the repair was completed correctly. All other repairs undergo a 5-mile test drive for the same reason. To further guarantee quality, our QC specialist performs a final test drive, following the same mileage guidelines, to confirm everything is functioning as it should before returning your vehicle. This meticulous process ensures that every repair meets our high standards for safety, performance, and reliability.
