We got excellent service as to what was needed to be done for service to get the car inspection ready and running right. Good explanations and timely followup. As a first time BMW owner and this being an older model have a reputable and knowledgeable shop was very reassuring. Rhett and Duncan both explained in detail all the work that had been done.
Terrie was able to give me a complete picture of what my Mini needed, and it was more than I had to give. He also was able to give me some insight into a new to me 3-series I had been considering.
