I can't imagine bringing my BMW anywhere else. Hands down the best experience I have ever experienced in the automotive world. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Vehicle inspection is emailed to you with pictures included to show exactly what the technician sees. If you care about your car at any level I cannot recommend Terry Sayther enough!

My experience with Terry Sayther’s Automotive has been the best. The staff there is very professional, HONEST, and very helpful and they know what they are doing. I have 2007 BMW 335i that I have taken to other shops in which the service was horrible and the staff would straight lie to me on what was needed for repairs. That all changed when I went to Terry’s and spoke with Nicole who was super helpful, honest, and straight forward on what the car ACTUALLY needed. The cost of the repair was way less than quoted at other shops and the turn around time to get me back on the road was quick. I will be going to Terry’s from here on out because I know how hard it can be to find a shop that’s professional and super HONEST!!! Thanks again to the staff there!!

It was Friday at 3pm and I was going on a last minute road trip on Saturday. My M3 hadn’t had an oil change in 28k miles but was still like a champion. Bmw dealer could not change my oil until Monday. I called 5 indie places and they all said Monday. I called Terry and they said if u can get her and leave it within 30 minutes we will do it. I had no ride so I said I’ll skip it. They said there is a coffee shop up the road so I said ok. I dropped it and took my laptop to the coolest coffee shop ever that served margaritas and I was sad when they texted me saying my car was ready. No overcharge. I’m going to them for everything from now on. Thank u.

I've been going here for over 20 years and am never disappointed. Great staff and great work. They continue to upgrade their equipment and technology. So grateful they are here in Austin.

I've gone to Terry Sayther's many times for my BMW. Regardless of how large or small the issue, they always handle it quickly, fairly, and with a real human understanding. I do my own mechanical work as well, and they are quick to share knowledge and assistance. These folks are true bimmer heads. Cheers and thanks!

We took our 2013 BMW to Terry Sayther after spending $3000 to have it “repaired” at a different shop twice. The folks at Terry Sayther correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it properly (same issue that the other shop did not fix on 2 previous, expensive repairs). Nicole communicated promptly and professionally every step of the way. These are great, smart people
