And while we're in the junkyard lets find a shifter that will give us
a shorter throw between gears. An MZ3 shifter would be ideal, but who's
got them in their junkyard? E36M3 shifters are almost as good and much
easier to find.
Replacement gain is straightforward, as modifications needed at all!
